My stay at Maison Hulotte was disappointing due to the layout. The bathroom situation is not what I expected. having to walk across the hallway was awkward and felt less private. Additionally, the creaky floors made it hard to relax, as every movement woke me up at night. I was also frustrated by the lack of basic amenities like charging ports, which made it inconvenient to use my devices.

Beautiful garden area and the breakfast was just delightful with homemade jams! Relaxing lounge space next to the river made it a perfect retreat.

The bathroom being across the hall was a bit unusual but manageable.

Consider using the lovely garden lounge area by the river to unwind after a day of exploring, it’s a peaceful retreat.

This place was a well-suited match for a weekend trip in Amboise with exceptional value. The room had a stunning river view that was really nice despite the traffic noise. Keep in mind there’s no TV or AC, so be prepared for that.

I loved the charming little ceramic studio on the property and the homemade pastries each morning really made my stay special. There are cozy spots in the garden where you can relax with a book or enjoy a cup of coffee. Just a heads up, the windows let in quite a bit of morning light, so consider an eye mask if you're a light sleeper! 😊
